What is MIST?

 

Although Bronx Science’s MSA has many interesting discussions and exciting events to offer, the most anticipated and significant event is the annual Muslim Interscholastic Tournament- most commonly referred to as MIST. MIST is an annual regional tournament in which MSAs from across the region compete against one another in various competitions. Competitions range from Tafseer Test to Fashion Design. No matter what your interests or talents may be, there is always something to compete in. MIST aims to bring high school students to put the skills, which Allah subhana wa ta’ala has blessed us with, to the test while gaining an understanding of Islam and Muslims. Like similar tournaments, selected winners from regionals are then qualified to compete on a national scale at MIST Nationals.
